데일리연합(월간, 한국뉴스신문) 이성용 기자 |  지난 20일 새에덴교회(담임목사 소강석)에서 목회 현장의 변화를 가져오기 위한 '2023 목회 컨퍼런스 ReStart'가 열렸다.
 

새에덴교회는 지난 팬데믹 이후 한국교회를 대상으로 ‘한국교회 회복 프로젝트’를 진행해 왔고, 이제 포스트 엔데믹 시대에 맞추어 교회들에게 필요한 실제적인 목회 방향을 제시했다.

New Eden Church has been carrying out the ‘Korean Church Restoration Project’ for Korean churches since the last pandemic, and now presents the practical pastoral direction needed for churches in the post-endemic era. 

 

이번 ‘2023 목회, Restart 컨퍼런스’ 는 ‘RESTART (재출발)’ 영어 알파벳 순서로 다음과 같이 강의가 진행되었다.

2. ‘Expand: 이경희 전도사, 코로나 팬데믹을 극복한 사역 방향 전환’

‘2023 Ministry, Restart Conference’ held at Sae Eden Church on this day

이날 새에덴교회가 공개한 컨퍼런스는 1,200여 명의 목회자들과 미자립교회 500여 명의 목회자와 함께 참석한 가운데, 한국교회 목회 진단 전문가 및 새에덴교회 교역자들과 함께, 일선 교회 목회 현장을 점검하고, 2023년 새로운 목회환경을 예상하여 엔데믹 시대 한국교회 다시 세움과 생명력 있는 목회 노하우를 공개하였다. 

The conference unveiled by the New Eden Church on this day was attended by 1,200 pastors and 500 pastors of non-self-supporting churches, and inspected the pastoral site of the front-line church with pastors of the Korean church and Sae Eden church pastors and 2023 In anticipation of a new pastoral environment for the next year, it revealed the vital pastoral know-how and rebuilding the Korean church in the endemic era.

 

새에덴교회는 코로나 기간에 메디컬 교회로 자리 잡아 예배, 방역, 의료, 지역사회 관계 등 완벽에 가까운 위기관리로, 한국교회와 지역사회에 선한 영향력을 끼쳤다.

Sae Eden Church established itself as a medical church during the corona period and exerted a good influence on the Korean church and the local community through near-perfect crisis management such as worship, quarantine, medical care, and community relations.

 

새에덴교회는 코로나 팬데믹속에서 90%에 가까운 현장 예배 회복률을 보이며, 원형교회 회복을 통한 건강한교회로 거듭나게 되었다.

New Eden Church has been reborn as a healthy church through the restoration of the original church, showing a recovery rate of nearly 90% of on-site worship in the midst of the corona pandemic.

 

사실 이번 컨퍼런스의 핵심은 바로 메디칼 교회였다. 

In fact, the focus of this conference was medical treatment.

 

지난 코로나 19로 위기 속에서도 소강석 목사는 새에덴교회 의료사역자 이재훈 원장과 함께 원형교회 회복이란 화두를 던지며 코로나 팬데믹의 위기를 잘 넘겨왔고, 이제는 엔더믹을 위한 준비하고 있다.

새에덴교회 소강석 목사는 “더 단단한 위기대응 시스템과 교회 회복 노하우는 교계를 넘어 사회적으로 큰 관심을 받게 되었고, 이제는 새에덴교회의 목회에 이목이 집중되고 있다.”고 밝혔다.

소강석 목사는 “지금은 코로나 팬데믹이 끝나고 엔데믹 시대를 맞고 있다” 며 “이번 2023 목회, ‘Restart 컨퍼런스’는 원형교회 회복을 위해, 성경적 원형교회를 세우기 위한 것으로이제 우린 코로나 이전보다 더 건강한 교회를 위한 전략을 나누고자 한다”고 말했다.

소강석 목사는 “코로나 19 팬데믹이 가져온 결과를 살펴보고, 지나온 날들인, 코로나 팬데믹 시기의 회고와 한국교회의 아쉬움을 설명했다.

새에덴교회 소강석 목사는 메디컬 센터를 통해 코로나 팬데믹의 아픔과 고통을 이겨 낸 새에덴교회 사역 이야기를 통해 노하우를 공개하였다. 또한 2023년의 목회 환경과 통전적 조망을 통해 교회 4.0 시대를 향하여 무엇을 어떻게 준비해야 하는지를 설명했다.

He also explained what and how to prepare for the church 4.0 era through the pastoral environment of 2023 and a holistic perspective.

 

소강석 목사가 말하는 교회4.0은 생명을 자본으로 삼을 뿐만 아니라 주님의 강력한 임재와 운행하심이 동력이 되는 교회이다.

The church 4.0 that Pastor Kang Seok So speaks of is a church that not only takes life as its capital, but is also driven by the Lord's powerful presence and operation.

 

 

소강석 목사는 “코로나19 가운데 정부로부터 한 교회당 19명 이상 모이지 못하게 한 경우가 있었는데, 이때가 바로 개척교회에서는 바로 전도부흥의 기회였다.” 고 말한다.

Pastor Kang-seok So said, “During Corona 19, there was a case where the government prevented more than 19 people per church from gathering, and this was an opportunity for evangelism revival in the new church.”

 

만일 같은 시대, 같은 상황 속에서도 19명씩 1부, 2부, 3부 예배를 드렸다면 얼마나 교회가 성장했겠냐” 며, 소강석 목사는, “교회가 생명으로 가득하고, 주님의 임재와 운행하심으로 가득하면 교회 4.0이 되고, 목회 황금시대를 맞을 수 있었다”고 했다.

How much would the church have grown if 19 people had worshiped in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd parts each in the same era and under the same circumstances? If we do that, we can become Church 4.0 and enter the golden age of ministry.”

 

 

소 목사는 “지금은 세계가 탈 종교화, 탈 기독교화, 탈 교회화로 향해 가고 있다”며, 니콜이 말한 “교회 3.0에서 미래 사회는 종교 없음의 시대가 될 것”이라 했다면서 “앞으로 다가올 어려운 한국교회를 어떻게 세워갈 것인가를 짚어보는 시간을 가진 것”임을 천명했다.

소강석 목사는 고인이 살아계실 때, 가깝게 지내온 이어령 교수의 말을 인용해 “생명을 자본으로 삼는 교회는 목회 전성시대를 맞이 할 수 있다” 면서 “긍정적인 시각속에서 아무리 지금 엔데믹속에서 힘들고 어렵다고 하더라도 목회자의 정신력이 중요”하다고 전했다.

새에덴교회 소 목사는 “복음의 생명력으로 가득 찬 목회자는 목회 전성시대를 맞이할 수 있다” 며, 소 목사는, “4차 산업 혁명 속에서 문명이 발달. 발전할수록 영성 시대 ‘교회 4.0’시대를 맞이할 수 있으며, 이제부터는 교회 4.0’시대를 위한 회복을 위한, 아주 구체적인 목회 계획이 필요하다”고 전했다. 

Pastor So of Sae Eden Church said, “A pastor who is full of the vitality of the gospel can meet the heyday of the ministry.” Pastor So said, “Civilization develops in the 4th industrial revolution. The more we develop, the more we can face the era of ‘Church 4.0’ in the spiritual age, and from now on, we need a very specific pastoral plan for restoration for the era of ‘Church 4.0’.”

 

 

끝으로, 새에덴교회 소강석 목사는 “교회는 나라의 최후의 보루이다. 만일 교회가 없으면, 목사도 없고, 사명도 없다” 며, “이제 우리는 코로나 팬데믹을 보내며 엔데믹 속에서 배워야 한다”. 이제 우리 한국교회는 우리가 “교회를 바로 세워야 한다. 주님이 원하는 원형교회”로 말이다.

Lastly, Pastor Kang Seok So of Sae Eden Church said, “The church is the last stronghold of the country. If there is no church, there is no pastor, there is no mission,” he said. Now, our Korean church says, “We need to build the church right. The circular church that the Lord wants.”

 

‘2023 목회, Restart 컨퍼런스’를 통해, 코로나 팬데믹을 보내며, 엔데믹 속에서 교회를 바로 세우고,지키자” 며, 교회 4.0, 목회 전성시대를 이루자”고 전했다.

한편, 이날 참석한 미자립교회 목회자 500분에게 각 100만원씩 격려금을 지급했다. 지난해 11월 ‘위드코로나 목회회복세미나’에서도 에도 600명에게 100만원의 격려금과 교통비를 지원하였다. 

At this day, 500 pastors of non-self-reliant churches who attended the day were given an incentive of 1 million won each. At the ‘With Corona Pastoral Recovery Seminar’ in November of last year, KRW 1 million in encouragement and transportation expenses were provided to 600 people in Edo.
