베트남, 국공유지 토지임대료 30% 감면
데일리연합(월간, 한국뉴스신문) 이창주 기자 | 베트남이 토지임대료 30% 감면안을 1년 연장한다. 레 민 카이(Le Minh Khai) 부총리는 최근 이 같은 주요 내용을 담은 토지임대료 인하에 관한 ‘결정 25호(25/2023/QD-TTg)’을 승인했다. 결정에 따르면, 감면대상은 국공유지를 임차한 기업, 기관, 단체, 가족기업, 개인사업자로 이들은 올해 납부 해야할 토지임대료 30%를 감면받을 수 있다. 이에 따라 2023년 납부 해야하는 토지임대료는 30% 감면되지만, 2023년 이전 납부 금액과 연체이자는 포함되지 않는다. 구체적인 감면액은 법률 규정에 따라 임차인이 토지임대료를 감면받고 있거나 부지 정리 공제 또는 보상을 받고있는 경우 납부해야할 토지임대료를 기준으로 결정되며, 앞서 지난 1월 말 ‘결정 1호(1/2023/QD-TTg)’에 따라 감액된 토지임대료는 제외된다. 올해 4월에도 정부는 2023년까지 세금과 토지임대료를 연장하는 규정을 발표했다. 정부가 시장 위축, 주문 감소로 기업이 어려움을 겪는 상황에서 이 정책을 발표한 것은 이번이 5번째다. 2020년과 2021년에는 코로나19 전염병의 영향을 받은 세입자를 위해 토지임대료를 30%

베트남에도 한옥마을이 생길까?
데일리연합(월간, 한국뉴스신문) 이창주 기자 | 지난 26일 베트남 건설부 산하 국립건축연구소 판티안 부사장이 베트남 도시계획의 일환으로 한국의 문화를 직접 보고 체험하기 위하여 4박 5일 일정으로 한국을 방문했다. 먼저 전주에서는 한옥마을과 전통시장을 둘러보며 한복과 전통 먹거리도 직접 체험 하였다. 숙소도 한옥호텔에서 묵으며 한국의 문화를 접했다. 다음 날에는 전주시청 관계자들과도 미팅을 가졌다. 판티안 부사장은 “평소에도 한옥에 관심이 많았었다. 이처럼 아름다운 한국의 한옥마을이 베트남에도 형성되면 좋을 것 같다”라고 말하며 한국의 한옥마을이 베트남에도 형성될 수 있다는 가능성을 내비쳤다. 그 밖에도 판티안 부사장은 순창 전통고추장 민속마을, 부산 해동용궁사, 대부도 펜션타운등을 둘러보았다.
