Recently there is hopeful news for the Republic of Korea. Foreign Affairs reported GUTS (Germany, USA, Turkey, South Korea will lead the future world. Some critics show about this analysis. Germany and France is afraid too much of Russia during Ukraine war so is blamed to be too opportunistic. Turkey is fundamentally Islamic and also opportunistic in diplomacy.
